With the arrival of summer, you’re probably pulling out all the warm weather equipment now that you can use it regularly. One of the easiest ways to enjoy a summer on the water is with a kayak. If you live near a lake, you know it too — and you also know that it’s a real pain if you’re taking them in and out of the garage or shed every time you want to use them. Even if you leave them in the yard, they can look messy or take up precious yard space.
What’s the simplest way to make sure your kayaks are stored neatly and easy to access? An outdoor storage unit, of course. Rob Rein, aka Ginger Woodworks, developed plans to store his own family’s kayaks and has shared them with us to share with you.
