At BORA Tool Australia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods

Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at support@boratool.com.au.

Australian consumer law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages.
